Richard Desich has been involved in the securities industry for over 35 years. In addition to being the founder and chairman of Equity Trust, a leading self-directed IRA custodian, he also founded Retirement Education Group. In addition to commercial real estate, residential real estate and oil and gas investing, he is nationally recognized as a pre-eminent authority on commerical and residential real estate, and oil and gas investing as well as on non-traditional investing in IRAs and qualified plans.

Mr. Desich is the author of the informative book, “Proven Wealth Building Secrets for You and Your Children” and the host of Accelerated Wealth Building, a three-day intensive boot camp.

Mr. Desich has published numerous articles about using self-directed IRAs to invest in real estate, notes, and mortgages, and he has spoken to thousands of investors throughout the country on these topics.

Jeffrey Desich is an experienced investor and a noted lecturer and trainer. He educates investors across the country on the benefits of self-directed IRAs and other investment options. His expertise lies in working with real estate investors and entrepreneurs to help them tap into their own expertise to structure investment deals that reduce their tax burdens.

Mr. Desich holds Series 7 and 27 licenses with the National Association of Securities Dealers, and he holds a Life and Health Insurance License with the State of Ohio. He's also a registered financial principal. He has been quoted in numerous financial publications including CBS Marketwatch and is a guest lecture at The Ohio State University’s prestigious Max Fisher College of Business.

Mr. Desich is a graduate of The Ohio State University, where he received a bachelor of science degree in business administration with an emphasis on finance and marketing.

Mr. Desich helped co-found the Equity Trust Company and served as its former Chief Information Officer, Director of Compliance/Risk Mitigation and Director of Marketing and current President of Equity Trust's brokerage affiliate.

A noted lecturer and trainer, Mr. Desich has traveled across the country educating Americans on the advantages of self-directed IRAs/retirement plans.

In addition to many lectures, Mr. Desich has been quoted in several prestigious publications including The Wall Street Journal, Investors Business Daily, Fortune Magazine.

Mr. Desich holds Series 7, 24, 55, and 63 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

He is also the current President of the Retirement Industry Trust Association (RITA) the trade organization representing the self directed industry and $58 Billion in assets under management by member firms.

Mr. Desich is a graduate of the Culver Military Academy and The Ohio State University.

Edwin Kelly

Edwin Kelly is a recognized self-directed IRA expert and speaks to thousands of investors each year. He works with professionals to help them gain a greater understanding of the advantages of self-directed investing.

During the past 15 years, Mr. Kelly has worked with clients of different backgrounds and financial situations, and he's consulted with large financial institutions. He holds Series 7 and 62 licenses with the National Association of Securities Dealers. He served on the board of directors of two non-profit organizations, and he is an active real estate investor with a real estate license in Ohio.

Mr. Kelly is a graduate of Franklin University, where he received a master of business administration degree and a bachelor of science degree with an emphasis on finance, banking, and business management.
