As a leadership program participant, you will:
- Receive an unparalleled opportunity for you to establish a leadership career in the financial services industry.
- Gain comprehensive investment training that develops your skills and understanding of the financial services industry, retirement products and investment options.
- Experience a 19-Month training rotation through all of Equity Trust Company’s operational and service departments, which will build a thorough understanding of our company’s structure and work processes.

The Leadership Program Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, or related area of study
- Minimum G.P.A of 3.0
- PC skills including: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Demonstrated leadership experience through work/school related activities
