As a leadership program participant, you will:

• Receive an unparalleled opportunity for you to establish a leadership career in the financial services industry.
• Gain comprehensive investment training that develops your skills and understanding of the financial services industry, retirement products and investment options.
• Experience a 19-Month training rotation through all of Equity Trust Company’s operational and service departments, which will build a thorough understanding of our company’s structure and work processes.
• Be a part of an exciting Passport Journey where you will meet and interact with all of our Executives and Managers, expanding your knowledge on our teams, programs, initiative, tools, and much more.

The Leadership Program Eligibility Requirements:  

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, or related area of study
• Minimum G.P.A of 3.0
• PC skills including:  MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Demonstrated leadership experience through work/school related activities
