Events Specialist (Berea)

The Event Specialist is responsible for successfully coordinating all tasks associated with trade shows, in-person/telephone/Web seminars and speaking engagements whether organized and hosted by Equity Trust and its affiliates attending industry-related events.

Disbursement Specialist (Elyria)

The Disbursement Specialist is required to post all disbursement transactions prepared by the Account Support Team. The Specialist completes all money movement transactions within the designated service level on a daily basis.

Verification Specialist (Elyria)

The Verification Specialist will be required to verify each outgoing transaction to ensure that it is accurate based on the client or internal direction given.  The Specialist will be required to have all corrections made prior to transmittal of funds. 

Document Classification Specialist I (Elyria)

A Document Classification Specialist I is responsible for assigning client money movement requests to the Cash Management Team as well as assigning original investment documents retained in office for safekeeping and assigning mail received for the legal department.
