To accomadate our employees and their families, we offer two plans designs, with four enrollment plan options, for our employees to choose from:

Vision
Spectera, a United Health Group Company, is our provider of vision care benefits.  Spectera partners with a nationwide network of providers to ensure members receive quality vision care. Our Spectera Benefit Plan includes comprehensive vision examinations and discounts/coverage for eyeglasses and lenses.    
           

Dental
Guardian’s Dental Guard Preferred Plan offers our employees and their families a dental plan with flexible, high-quality dental benefits.  Dental Guard Preferred combines the freedom of choice of a traditional plan with the economy of managed care.  Employees have the option of choosing a network dentist or any dentist they wish.  No matter what dentist they choose, they will have coverage they can count on!
