New Treasury Management Relationships – What You Need to Know
Equity Trust Company is proud to announce our selection of Citibank, N.A., one of the nation’s leading banking and global financial services companies, to be our new cash management service provider. The partnership allows Equity Trust to continue to provide best in-class cash management services to our clients. The relationship takes effect on July 1, 2011.
In addition to its cash management services, Citibank will be Equity Trust’s primary depository relationship for client’s un-invested cash. Equity Trust maintains multiple banking relationships for customers' un-invested cash with well-capitalized financial institutions as defined by current banking regulations. Through these financial institutional relationships, Equity Trust is able to provide customers a maximum of $250,000 of FDIC insurance for each financial institution utilized.
Equity Trust and Citibank are committed to providing a smooth and seamless transition for our clients and no action is required by you at this time.

What do I need to do?
Currently as our client, there is nothing you need to do for your existing account.
After June 30th, there will be new banking information associated with your account and new instructions for wiring money and ACHs (see below). You will be notified in a separate communication if anything related to your account is needed.
Will the instructions change for wiring money to my account?
Yes. The new banking relationship will have a new ABA routing number for wiring money to your Equity Trust account. Below is the new information that is needed:

What is an ABA routing number?
The ABA routing number is a 9-digit number assigned to a bank by the American Bankers Association (ABA) and is used for direct deposits, wire transfers, and other bank-to-bank transactions.
Is the un-invested cash in my account still FDIC insured?
Yes, up to $250,000 per person, for each banking institution utilized.
