As an Equity Trust client you are automatically assigned to a First Class Service Team and are given an account card with a designated 800-number. The First Class Service program provides more personalized service with specially trained Client Service Team members dedicated to your account.
It is important to use the 800-number you were assigned. Your assigned number is listed on your account card. The Client Service Team members assigned to your team are most familiar with your account and can best serve you.
The First Class Service Teams were created geographically. If you have lost your card or forget your number, please use the phone number that corresponds to your state.
