Equity Trust in the Community

Inspiring Employees to Give Back

The Desich family has built a culture of giving back, and encourages Equity Trust associates to serve the community. Inspired by the Desich family’s passion for philanthropy, associates created the GIVE committee which coordinates community events supporting various causes throughout the year, including Junior Achievement, American Heart Association Heart Walk, Lake Erie Nature & Science Center, Friendship APL.

To support making a difference in our community, each associate is offered time off to volunteer for a cause they are passionate about.
