Corporate Wellness Manager, Vicki Barone, is pleased with her recent decision to downsize. Moving from a large corporation to head up the newly created wellness program at the smaller, Equity Trust Company, Vicki was able to oversee the program from inception, take root and grow it to where it stands today.
Many Equity Trust employees know the affable John Vincent, Jr. from his friendly greetings around the office, but some might not realize he’s a Jack-of-all-trades outside of work. At work, John is part of the Inbound Investments team, but in his personal time he continues his decades-long hobby of practicing magic, as well as being an auxiliary police officer for a nearby city.
Equity Trust Document Management Supervisor, Michael Pileski, served for nine years in the U.S. Army, stationed stateside as well as in Germany and briefly in Bosnia. Michael’s military training helped him develop the skills needed to work his way up from a temp position to his current role managing 18 colleagues.
It’s hard to find an employee at Equity Trust who hasn’t heard of Melva Nelson. While her official job description involves reviewing and processing the purchase and sale of our clients’ private equity investments, her coworkers know her as the one who voluntarily recognizes every employee with her own made-up birthday song.
Preston Dunlap served his eight-year term with the U.S. Navy as a Logistics Specialist. His experience with logistics influenced his decision to pursue business administration as a career. He has been using this expertise for the past three years by working in various capacities at Equity Trust, currently as a member of the Qualified Plans team.
Before Ned Kraguljac became a Senior Account Executive at Equity Trust, he served for eight years as a Field Artillery Ranger in the U.S. Army. Ned is also proud of the nature of his work helping new clients open account and begin self-directed investing for their financial future. During his tenure at Equity Trust over the last 6 years Ned has spoken to thousands of potential clients.
