Q: Why am I receiving a new statement?
A: Our new statement format provides an enhanced view of your current financial situation with regards to your investments.
Q: How do I access the new statement?
A: There is no change in how you access your online statement.
Q: Why is my statement so late?
A: Due to our system upgrade there were a number of format changes that occurred which needed to be processed resulting in the delay of your 4th quarter statement.
Q: What has changed on the statements?
A: The new statements give a more detailed view of your account activity. The view is now in a vertical format as opposed to a horizontal format. Information will be in different locations on your statement so be careful to read all headings. Descriptions may be visible for particular activities, similar to what you see in myEQUITY under the Cash Transactions view.
Q: Why don’t I see the Daily Account Activity?
A: The Daily Account Activity section is now separated into two sections; Transaction Activity and Investment Positions. Transaction Activity is for cash related transactions and is considered uninvested cash. Investment Positions is specific to asset related transactions by investment number showing related transactions per investment.

A: Although not included on this 4th quarter statement, pending transfers will appear on future statements, beginning with your first quarter statement.
Q: Why don’t I see the display of my Precious Metals Dealer and Interested Parties?
A: Although not included on this 4th quarter statement, precious metals dealers and interested parties will appear on future statements, beginning with your first quarter statement.
Q: What is the message and announcement box at the top of my statement?
A: We will use this space to inform you of special announcements, important dates, contact information should you have questions or concerns, and how to access our website for further information.
Q: What is the asset summary on my statement?
A: This section shows your asset holdings in terms of a percentage of account value, market value, and total portfolio value.
Q: Why doesn’t the new statement show both of my account numbers, the old one I had, and the new one you gave me last year?
A: Our new statement format displays your new account number only. You should make note of your new number and begin using it (although your old account number can still be used to log into myEQUITY to view your statements).
Q: On the Account Activity Summary, what is ‘Net Sweep Activity’?
A: This reflects the amount of cash moved from Uninvested Cash to Invested Cash on a quarterly basis and demonstrates, your cash is earning interest.
