These callers are attempting to gather personal information or instruct recipients to call various phone numbers associated with debt relief scams. The calls are coming from numbers not affiliated with ETC, and recipients are being directed to additional unassociated phone numbers.

If you receive a call from any number claiming to be from Equity Trust Company, or from a phone number outside of those mentioned, please contact our client services team at 888-382-4727 to verify its legitimacy.

If you receive a suspicious call or have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact them directly at this number to verify the legitimacy of the communication.
